1. The Transfer Window will take place from 24th April to 2nd May, 2010. The process includes:
- preparing a formal letter to CFC regarding the names of the player(s) involved
- agreement by BOTH managers (if player switches teams)
- agreement by player(s)
- a fee of rm15 PER TRANSFER...
Please note that the FINAL DAY TO MAKE PAYMENT/ SUBMIT FORMS will be on WEDNESDAY, 21/4/2010.
