Machanz Vs Kelkatu
It was a sunny Saturday Afternoon and the game kicked off at about 3:30pm............The game was balanced with both sides trying to maintain possession. A nice free-kick from Steve coupled with poor goalkeeping gave Machanz the lead courtesy Lingesh from 2 yards. Frustration began to step in for Kelkatu with Amirul booked for unnecessarily kicking the Ball. In the Second half Kelkatu had most of the ball possession. And about 5 minutes into the second half they were awarded a penalty when Venket brought down Amirul in the 18 yard box. The resulting penalty taken by Zubir was saved by Basil. Kelkatu's Perseverance finally paid off in the 40th minute when a nice pass fell nicely for the substitute Nuruddin which he put in the back of the net. Machanz also had chances with Steve's free-kick hitting the bar and the rebound from Rajiv also hitting the bar. Sathia also made a very nice run creating a goal opportunity but the finish was disappointing.It ended Kelkatu 1 Machanz 1
