Review: Trinity FC 3 New Venture 1
Previously 2nd in the league, Trinity faced newly formed New Venture, who is under the CFC’s advisor, Mr. Azhar, next. Trinity dominated the game right away, with a goal by Philip in the 6th minute. They had a few more attempts but more noted was Ma Xiao’s shot, which was on target but saved by Trinity’s new GK, Hilary. 10 minutes into the second half, Ragu scored the equalizer for NV, with swift assisting by Rohit. Their celebration is cut short when Trinity became another goal up with an own goal by Hafeel 3 minutes later. 3 minutes later, Taurai scored the third and final goal for Trinity and the match.
