Professionalism: Celebration

This is not a decision by CFC, nor an agreed situation by board of CFC. This is an opinion from a member that was granted a permission to write in this blog.

In related to the incident on sunday, the match between Eagles and Trinity, some aspect of the incident need to be clarified. This post will also try to explain some of the confusion that is seen in the chat box.
First thing to comment is the Eagles' celebration. In professional football, it is clear that players' who are not CURRENTLY playing in the 11 in the field, should not by any means intrude the pitch area. It includes NOT for celebration, medical reason, what else other negative things(if any).
However, we are being linean in such a way that we understand we don't provide proper medic staff etc to make the situation PERFECT for the league, so some cases is allowable. I mean, a teammate who is not playing may be allowed to bring his injured friend out of the field or anything like that.
However, some unimportant thing (like celebration), players shouldn't be allowed to enter the field. But, the scorer may want to go outside the pitch to celebrate with the subs(and fans, and manager), not the other way round. This should be the way.
It should be the manager's responsibility to understand this task, and make sure the players know what is can, what is cannot.
Second thing to comment, Rabbit involvement in the field for that moment. There has been few versions of stories about his action. However, from management point of view, CFC need to control such celebration to not go overboard, and as a high committee member and the official-on-duty for that match, Rabbit did put his effort to bring the situation into control. There might be some dissatisfaction from the other party, but in this case people should listen to what the official-on-duty asked you to do.

I am not in any power to make decision for this case, but I have suggestion. Eagles' celebration that day shouldn't be repeated in future, and committee can make it clear to EVERYONE about this.
Is there a need to punish Eagles this time? If yes, what kind of punishment? Only for certain players(yellow card for those who intruded?) or the punishment for team? If no, in what way we can make it sure that this will not repeat?
Should Rabbit be attacked for his action that day?
All these are the questions that we all should think about, properly, so that it will benefited all of us, the club, the teams, and the quality of the league itself.
